Hi, my name is Erika and welcome to Modern Woman, Inc.  As a working mom with 2 amazing boys, I wanted to start a website that would help women like me.  Women who were stay at home moms ready to go back to work.  But the more research I did, I also came across women who also decided to change careers.  Then I realized that the two fit.  Women are constantly changing.  We become mothers, caretakers, teachers, sisters, professionals, survivors, etc.  And because I too was changing careers if you will, I felt that there needed to be a place where women could come together.  Whether you come on the site for our job boards and career advise or come on for the social connections, this site is the place to be. Modern Woman, Inc is a website with job boards so that you can find your next career move, coaching both life and career, social networks, blogs.  We are a staffing and contingency recruiting agency.  We will offer a more personalized service for job seekers and employers

Who We Are

I am mother of two with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and I am currently studying to get my  certificate in Human Resources.  After being a stay at home mom for 3 years.  I decided to go back into the workforce.  I realized once I went into the interview that being a stay at home that I was not prepared especially since I also decided that it would be a good idea to change careers.  I needed some coaching and needed to meet with other women like me.  

And also because the father of my children and his military career, I was always changing locations.  Change is a constant in my life and that is why I started Modern Woman, Inc.
